What is the CGMA Finance Leadership Program?
While you enrol in the CGMA FLP through your university, the guided, digital-first platform is independent of your other studies. Online courses use real-world case simulations to help you develop the entrepreneurial skill set, mindset and experience you need to become a trusted adviser, partner and leader in the business world of tomorrow.
The CGMA FLP is designed to assess your progress and performance as you learn each topic instead of quizzing you after the fact. The only exams you’ll take are the case study exams to complete each of the three levels of learning: Operational, Management and Strategic.
Upon finishing the CGMA FLP, you’ll become a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants® (CIMA®) and a CGMA designation holder.

In the academic community, we have been considering the need for changes in the way students are being educated for years. The events of spring 2020 related to the COVID-19 pandemic turned these considerations into concrete actions. We introduced previously unused methods of communication with students, methods of knowledge transfer and exchange of views.
The CGMA Finance Leadership Program enriches the remote learning process with the possibility of asynchronous learning while monitoring the student’s progress by the lecturer. The platform is available everywhere, in the computer room, classroom and on mobile devices such as a phone, tablet or laptop. The CGMA Finance Leadership Program takes us to the next level of education – in my opinion – better suited to students’ expectations.
In addition to the technological advantages of this digital platform, it is also necessary to mention the substantive value of the content in the finance field. Their scope not only reflects business competencies, but also engages the student in solving real dilemmas in finance and management.

The CGMA FLP offered in one-year subscription for GBP 235. The cost of the subscription includes all learning, assessments, study materials, CIMA fees and Case Study exam fees (1 attempt).
